Municipalities include Central Saanich, Colwood, Esquimalt, Highlands, Langford, Metchosin, North Saanich, Oak Bay, Saanich, Sidney, Sooke, Victoria, and View Royal.  Juan de Fuca EA covers the areas of East Sooke, Otter Point, and Shirley. 

The major Southern Gulf Islands in the Islands Trust are Galiano, Mayne, Pender, Salt Spring, Saturna, and Thetis.
